It’s all happening in Sheffield’s New Era Square, where we’re laying the foundations (quite literally) for something completely new in the world of golf. This isn’t just a golf simulator venue. It’s the beginning of a modern, reimagined clubhouse experience. A fresh take on the golf club. A change of course.

Zen Golf Green Stage
We’re building a dedicated putting area powered by Zen Golf Technology. This is more than just a green, it’s a purpose-built studio for short game precision, fittings, and improvement. Perfect your putting with the tools and insight trusted by the best in the game.
Stylish Lounge Area
At Fringe, it’s about more than golf. The stylish lounge and bar will be your new favourite hangout, whether you're coming in for a post-round drink or just soaking up the atmosphere. Think good vibes, great drinks, and even better company.
Corporate Bay and Boardroom
For team outings, client meetings or private sessions, our corporate bay comes with its own adjoining boardroom. It’s a space designed to deliver something different, combining business and pleasure in one of the most unique venues in the city.
