A birthday at Fringe can be a simple golf session with friends or an event built around a larger group. The best choice depends on how many people are coming, how long you want to stay and whether you want a room of your own.
Book a bay when the golf is the main plan
For a small group, a standard Book & Play bay is the simplest option. You choose a time, bay and number of players through YourGolfBooking. Our Trackman iO bays take up to five golfers, so this suits a birthday round or friendly game where everyone can share the same bay.
The live Play Golf page lists the current session price and additional-player charge. A standard bay booking is simulator time; it is not a hosted party package, and food, coaching or private-room access should not be assumed.
Hire the Boardroom Studio for a private gathering
If the birthday is more of a get-together, our Corporate Boardroom Studio combines simulator golf with a private room. We offer half-day and full-day hire for up to 12 guests. That gives the group a dedicated setting and more time to shape the occasion than a standard one-hour bay booking.
Catering and coaching are possible add-ons, arranged separately. Tell us your date, guest numbers and what you want the group to do, then ask what is available and included in the quote.
Ask about whole-venue hire for a bigger celebration
For a substantially larger occasion, our venue-hire options include a whole-venue event. The site distinguishes how many people can play from total event attendance, so we need both numbers when planning the format. We can discuss competitions, catering and other extras, but none should be treated as included until agreed.
Which option fits your group?
Choose a bay if up to five golfers mainly want to play together. Choose the private studio if you want your own room, a longer window and a gathering of up to 12. Enquire about whole-venue hire if the guest list and occasion are bigger than that. The question is what experience you want to host, not just which room sounds most impressive.
